Lifetime Straight Mix
Valve body with ceramic mixing and shut-off function
We have developed the Lifetime Straight Mix in order to support our customers in the development of especially slender and minimalistic faucets. The outstanding feature of the product lies in single-hand operation of a two-handle faucet.
The arrangement of two handles, one above the other, means that they can be operated with just one hand. The upper handle is designed to deliver cold water, and the lower handle to deliver hot water. The customer can determine the external design of the Lifetime Straight Mix.
The body can be ordered as a unit including handles, or the Lifetime Straight Mix Interface is available as an alternative. This product allows the faucet manufacturer to produce his own handles and to fix these onto the Lifetime Straight Mix Interface. This type is especially suitable for use with a large product range based on the Lifetime Straight Mix.
How the Lifetime Straight Mix functions
The body is designed to hold the spout in the upper section, and the water inlets or inlet hoses in the lower section.
Internally there are two ceramic control units, with one responsible for cold water, and the other for hot water. In each case, the technology tried and tested millions of times is that of our Lifetime headworks.
